Selecting a plan that fits the inherent energies of your site is one of the most important things you can do in order to guarantee to create a happy and healthy home.

For each compass direction and each family, there are building layouts that will result in a wealthy and healthy home, and others that will result in a duller place or even sick bedrooms.

Each home, based on its exact compass direction and layout, has a unique feel and quality. This arises from its unique distribution of positive and negative Feng Shui energies. A good home utilises the positive Feng Shui energies of a site.

The select-a-house-design service helps you select a building plan that is in harmony with the existent Feng Shui energies of your block. It guarantees a radiant home and healthy bedrooms, and avoids negative influences such as sick bedrooms.

This service is for urban developments – when you are choosing a design from a range of builder’s plans. It will help you choose the best plan for your block. We generally find a suitable design from available floorplans. Sometimes minor design changes are recommended.

The service includes a site visit or meeting with you, a booklet with Feng Shui information relevant to the consultation, the energy chart of up to 3 shortlisted plans and summary notes.

Recommendations

I will provide you with the:

• Best location for living areas and entry doors to ensure radiant energies;
• Best positions for each family member’s bedroom;
• Best rooms for specific functions, such as a home office;
• Areas to avoid for spending time in, ie good locations for bathrooms and storage;
• Assistance in selecting a floor plan in harmony with good Feng Shui;
• Follow up communications via email or phone.

To conduct this service, I will need the address/lot no of your block, a small selection of floor plans that you are considering, as well as each family member’s birth date.

Prices – Design

Prices start at $880 for a single story 3 bedroom home. $80 for every additional storey or bedroom (living areas are included). The purpose of this step is to finalise the design.

These charges include my preliminary homework and construction of energy charts for up to 3 floor plans, a face to face (or virtual) meeting of up to 3hrs, the selection of the best plan for your block of land, including possible modifications required or what alternative plans to look for. 

Additional time may be required. This is charged at $210ph. Travel to locations more than 25km from the CBD will attract extra travelling charges.

Colours & Decor – Additional Service:

Harmonious application of colour and decor is essential to creating a balanced building. Due to often lengthy council approval times a colour and shapes report is a separate service, which you can take up once your plans are approved. 

Once you have finalised your plan, an extensive written report covering detailed furniture placement, decor, Feng Shui enhancements and colour schemes for each room is provided from $360/$480. This will allow you to harmonise colour schemes, décor and furniture placement with the energies of each room, creating a balanced home.
